I find the check in process easy and the pin code was great. My room worked perfect for me as a solo traveller. Location is excellent, I found good places to eat within a few mins from hotel. I appreciated the helpful and responsive communication before my trip, I needed to make changes due my late arrival.

The room was not perfect but the door of the shower has a bit of difficulties.

Breakfast included many options and everything tasted nice. There was a wide choice of items available, I had to leave early on my last day so they prepared a lunch for me.

The location is close to train and metro lines. The bus stop is only a short walk. I was able to easily locate cafes and bars in the location. I feel it is a peaceful location.

The lobby provides cheap coffee. The PIN code access system to enter was practical. Staff responds quicky via WhatsApp.

The room was comfortable and very clean upon arrival. The room offer basic features including a mini fridge. The beds are very comfortable, I slept very good. The view from the rooms is amazing

the breakfast had fresh food and warm options.

the hotel's condition differed from the online photos. the building felt old and the interior looked quite dated. the pillows were flat , and the mattress caused back pain. the laundry service overcharged , billing approximately 8 kg of clothes as two separate loads and requiring us to split them , which cost €20.

The location was very convenient for public transportation. there were many places to eat nearby (i enjoyed the local cuisine). i also found the staff to be friendly and helpful. They assisted with luggage storage before my night train. the room was very comfy and tidy.

i did notice noise coming from the courtyard at times. the courtyard is shared with other buildings. this. the shower door also had some issues.
